The difference between real estate investing and wholesaling is that you never actually buy the house. With wholesaling your main goal is to go out and locate the properties that are under value then put the property under contract and then find a end buyer that is willing to pay more for the property and then you sell your contract to them for a fee.
That is how to can do this with no money out of your pocket.
