Video is a very powerful tool and you need to be using it in your favor as a real estate investor.
You can use videos to sell your properties quicker and to best of all out of state buyers.
When recording you videos you want to make sure you that you keep them simple and talk about the house as much as possible and keep it short. You want the video no more than about 5- 8 minutes.
This will help your buyers get a good idea if they are interested before they drive all the way to the property.
It may also get them to buy your property over others because they might have to drive to go look at another property, so if they can just check yours out over a quick video they might not worry about other investors properties.
It only takes a few minutes to shoot a quick video and it’s a win win
Trust me they will love this. I have been using video for years now.
