Filling out contracts can be a scary thing for new investors but if you watch this video and practice a ton then it will become second nature and that’s really what you want.
You want to be able to paraphrase this in a simple manner to make it easy for your seller to understand. This is key to your success because if you can’t explain the contracts to them in an easy to understand way they most likely will get confused and not end up selling to you.
